Shipping & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Meraki Roastery & Cafe.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Meraki Roastery & Cafe, Al Reef, Abu Dhabi.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Meraki Roastery & Cafe, accessible from https://merakiae.com
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

COFFEE

  • There are no returns or refunds on coffee that has been delivered.
  • A customer can cancel their order up to 24 hours before delivery by emailing hello@merakiae.com

NON-COFFEE

Return

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If the item was delivered to the customer, you can request a pick up for a fee of AED50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
